very fresh, dry, very creamy, with lots of irregular and big holes. Tastes very soft and light. A bit like Adler or cream cheese. I really really like it.

Cave des Templiers blue

 probably the strongest blue cheese I've ever had. I want more. Is very spicy, very creamy and tasty. I just got mine, I open it and I just keep on going back and forth to the freezer to get more.
