 amarillento, con gusto a gouda, queso de obeja, muy sabroso, textura granulosa  aparentemente un queso industrial, me hace acordar un poco al port salut me gustaria probarlo de nuevo

Vacherin Mont-d'Or

 creamy fresh, with some bubblies and a bit of acidic taste I love. I bought it in a small triangle, but it usually comes in a pine container, this only has a piece of pine that I tried to chew without knowing. I place some in a pan to heat it up as that's the way it should be eaten apparently.  I want more, I feel its a great cheese to share with ppl. it has this lovely wooden thingy around, it can be cooked inside of it

Munster cheese

 creamy, like brie but a bit more acidic and a few bubbles here and there. It has this orange coating. I loved it and I feel it could be the ultimate brie type fo cheese. It's quite fatty and remains in your mouth for some time after chewing it. It's also great for the pan
