Munster cheese

 creamy, like brie but a bit more acidic and a few bubbles here and there. It has this orange coating. I loved it and I feel it could be the ultimate brie type fo cheese. It's quite fatty and remains in your mouth for some time after chewing it. It's also great for the pan

fauquet Maroilles

  Seul fromage du Nord sous appellation d’origine protégée (AOP), le Maroilles est un fromage de grand caractère au lait de vache. Il se présente sous la forme d’un pavé rougeâtre à croûte humide. La fromagerie Fauquet est le chef de file de l’appellation. Elle fabrique du Maroilles depuis 1925 à partir du lait de quelque 250 éleveurs. L’une des principales particularités de ce fromage est d’être lavé régulièrement en cave d’affinage à l’eau salée pour favoriser le développement du « ferment du rouge », qui contribue à donner de la saveur à sa pâte très dense. Pour que ce travail s’effectue en profondeur, il faut plusieurs mois, au cours desquels les chefs de cave guident la fréquence des soins d’affinage, la température, l’hygrométrie et la ventilation pour aboutir au résultat escompté. Vacherin Mont-d'Or

 creamy fresh, with some bubblies and a bit of acidic taste I love. I bought it in a small triangle, but it usually comes in a pine container, this only has a piece of pine that I tried to chew without knowing. I place some in a pan to heat it up as that's the way it should be eaten apparently.  I want more, I feel its a great cheese to share with ppl. it has this lovely wooden thingy around, it can be cooked inside of it
